Instaffiliate Review – Quick Clickbank Cash?
Affiliate marketing is popular, and review sites are popular, so a Website that combines the two should be a profitable venture. Of course, building such a site takes a lot of time and effort, and who wants that? A new product called Instaffiliate says they can streamline that process by giving you your own, done-for-you review site in a very popular niche. All you have to do to make money is to promote it and get traffic to your site.
The sites are very professional looking, and the niches are popular ones such as gaming and health and fitness. This sounded interesting, especially since I found out that you can join Instaffiliate for free. I decided to check it out. Is Instaffiliate a scam? Read on for the full Instaffiliate review.
Instaffiliate is basically a membership site; you join and have access to a dashboard that lets you find your links and check your stats.
The basic Instaffiliate product, which gives you one affiliate Website, is free to join. There are other options, including:
- Instaffiliate Premium – $99 one time. This gives you five Websites.
- Instaffiliate Elite – $149 one time. This gives you ten additional Websites
- Instaffiliate Performance – $69 per month. This gives you five new sites every month.
The Instaffiliate Websites are very slick and professional looking, and they’re the kind of sites that might take you weeks or months to build or would cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars to have built for you. When you join Instaffiliate, you get them as part of your membership. The sites have fully responsive themes, making them suitable for visitors using either desktop or mobile browsers.
Each of the Instaffiliate sites is complete and already contains graphics, reviews, and Clickbank products that your site visitors can purchase. When you sign up, you’ll be asked for your Clickbank ID (you can get one for free at Clickbank’s site) and then your site is pre-populated with your Clickbank affiliate links. If someone visits your sites and buys something, you’ll get a commission.
The niches available with Instaffiliate include:
- Health and fitness
- Weight Loss
- Healthy food
- Gaming strategies
- Wedding planning
- Stress management
- Self Defense
…and more. If you sign up for their Performance package, you’ll get five new Websites every month.
What do you have to do to cash in? All you have to do is promote your sites and get traffic. Instaffiliate includes a training program to help you do that.
The Traffic Generation Video Course includes ten video modules that teach you how to get traffic to your site in as little as 24 hours. Another training program, devoted to affiliate marketing, is a product that Instaffiliate creator JP previously sold separately called List Profit Masterclass.
As I write this, the basic membership at Instaffiliate, which is regularly $29, is being offered for free. I decided to sign up so I could take a closer look at the inner workings of the site.
The image below shows what happened when I tried to sign up:
That didn’t go well, so I guess I won’t be cashing in on the Instaffiliate profits anytime soon.
On the plus side, you do get these benefits from Instaffiliate:
- Slick, professional looking Websites
- Very popular and profitable niches
- Sites are pre-populated with your Clickbank ID
- Sites are pre-populated with content
- Sites are hosted for you
- Didn’t work for me when I tried to sign up
- Sites are cookie-cutter sites that won’t rank in the search engines
The last con is the big one, and it’s the one thing that can keep Instaffiliate from actually working. When you join Instaffiliate, you’re not really getting your own Websites. You’re getting a link that goes to a site that looks exactly like the sites that everyone else is getting.
The sites look the same. The sites have the same images, graphics, and text content. What does this mean for you?
It means that the sites that you are promoting will never rank in either Google or Bing. Why? Because the search engines like unique content, and these sites are not unique. They’re simply copies of other sites that the search engines already know about. If the only difference between your gaming site and the gaming sites of 100 other Instaffiliate members is the URL that directs people to it, then the search engines will not list those sites in their index. Ever.
Does this mean that you will never be able to get traffic to your Instaffiliate sites? No, you can get traffic to your sites, but it does mean that it’s going to be a lot harder (and more expensive) to do.
Most site owners hope to get some or even most of their traffic from Web searches. This is known as organic traffic. It’s also free traffic, and free traffic is everyone’s favorite kind. Most of the traffic on this site comes from Google and Bing and chances are that that’s how you found this site yourself.
That will never happen with Instaffiliate sites. So the only way you’re going to get traffic is by promoting your links on social media, which can work, and by buying traffic. The best way to do that is to purchase ads through Google or Bing, but Google is quite picky about the sorts of sites they’ll allow you to buy traffic for, and it’s quite possible that they won’t allow you to buy traffic for these sites.
Instaffiliate offers some great looking sites in some competitive and profitable niches. Unfortunately, they’re cookie-cutter sites that will likely not ever draw much traffic without your having to pay a lot of money for ads. Review sites are a great way to make money, but you can do it yourself without Instaffiliate. If you create your own site, you won’t have to worry about the duplicate content problem and you won’t be competing with every other Instaffiliate member to try to make sales with sites that look like the ones that everyone else has. Instaffiliate has a great premise, but you’ll do better avoiding ready-made sites and instead building one (or more) of your own.
Instaffiliate is not recommended.
