Line Quiz Review – Fast Survey Cash?

No one has ever gone broke running a paid survey Website, as there are simply thousands of people who are willing to offer their opinion on just about anything in exchange for cash.  The latest entry is Line Quiz, which offers to pay you $18 for answering simple survey questions and they’ll allow you to take up to four surveys per day.  That makes for some pretty easy cash, but it seems too easy.  Is Line Quiz a scam?  Read on for our full Line Quiz review.

line quiz reviewSurvey Websites have been around for years, but few of them actually pay real money for taking surveys.  Most of them pay in coupons or gift cards, and the few that do pay cash take hours to complete.  That’s what’s different about Line Quiz.  Their surveys are simple and quick; each one only consists of eight questions and you can complete one in about two minutes.  They even have an affiliate program, which makes it possible for you to earn money from referring your friends to the site.  In fact, you could earn thousands each week if you refer enough people.  Sounds simple enough, so how does Line Quiz work?

Line Quiz Overview

All it takes to register for Line Quiz is to provide a username, a password and the email address for your PayPal account.  You don’t even have to confirm it; once you provide the information, you can log in and start taking surveys.  To take a survey at Line Quiz, just click the “Survey” link in your dashboard.  You’ll be asked to watch a 30 second commercial and then answer some questions about it.  The questions aren’t hard, and they don’t vary:

  • Did you see this trade mark earlier?
  • Does the advertising video create a good impression about the company?
  • How do you treat to the goods by this producer?
  • Do you perceive this advertisement as original, new, and differ from the other some?
  • Should the company place this advertisement in the Internet?
  • Appreciate the degree of importance of the information you got
  • Can this advertisement help in involving of consumers?
  • How does this advertisement look compared with competitive producers?

Of course, Line Quiz sounds too good to be true, and it is.  As I write this, the home page says that they’ve paid out more than $9,000,000 to people for taking surveys, but a quick WHOIS lookup of the domain name shows that the site is only two days old.  That means that they’re not being honest about how much they’ve paid out.

line quiz payoutThere are a few other suspicious things about Line Quiz.  It’s true that companies that make commercials want to know how the commercials and the products will be received in the marketplace, so they test them by showing them to people and asking their opinion about them.   Since most products have an intended target audience, the companies that do these surveys make sure that the people watching the commercials are members of the intended audience.  That means that they won’t show a commercial for a product intended for senior citizens to 18 year olds.  Knowing who is watching makes a huge difference.

Yet Line Quiz has no idea who is taking their surveys.  They ask no information that most companies would ask, such as “How old are you?” or “How much do you earn?” or “How much education do you have?” or “Where do you live?”  These are fundamental questions that anyone taking a marketing survey has to ask if they want the results of the survey to have any meaning at all.

Line Quiz asks none of these questions, making their surveys worthless to any marketing company.  Furthermore, the commercials they’re asking you to watch are all several months old.  Marketing companies do their research and surveys before the commercials are put on the air so that they know, ahead of time, that they are reaching the intended audience. Line Quiz isn’t doing any of that.

Line Quiz seems to be owned by the same people that own Up Survey, Survey Trendo, Survey Double and a few other sites that are all identical except for the name.  Like those other sites, Line Quiz offers a lot of money for answering simple surveys, along with generous affiliate payouts, but those other sites don’t actually pay, and chances are that Line Quiz doesn’t pay, either.

What’s Line Quiz really doing? Chances are they’re harvesting email addresses so they can send you lots of spam.  It’s also possible that they’re going to try to hack your PayPal account, since they request your PayPal address during registration.  Other than that, Line Quiz is simply wasting your time.

Line Quiz Summary

Is Line Quiz a scam? Yes, it is.  The survey questions they’re asking have no value to anyone, so there’s no reason to pay you for answering them.  What they’re really after is access to your PayPal account, perhaps so they can try to hack it.  Otherwise, they’ll likely just send lots of spam to that email address.   What you’re not going to do with Line Quiz is make any money.  If you’re interested in making money online, why not join Wealthy Affiliate instead of Line Quiz?  Wealthy Affiliate is a training site that will show you how to create a profitable online business.  They have free training videos along with step by step instructions that will show you how to get started making real money online.  It’s a much better way to spend your time than getting scammed by a site like Line Quiz.
