My Advertising Pays Review – Cash for Clicks?
Note: We have no relationship with My Advertising Pays
Anytime a product pops up that offers cash payments for relatively little work, you’ll see a lot of interest. Sure, lots of people want to make money online, but it seems that lots more are intrigued by the idea of making money without doing any work. One popular product in this niche is a program called My Advertising Pays, which offers a combination of an advertising platform along with the ability to get paid for clicking on ads. That sounds interesting, but is My Advertising Pays a scam? Read on for our full My Advertising Pays review.
My Advertising Pays would seem to capitalize on a couple of things that interest people – affordable advertising and the ability to make money for doing relatively little work, like surfing the Web. My Advertising Pays is a program that will pay you, in cash, for clicking on 10 ads per day. You have to view each ad for a certain period of time, but then you’re given credit for it. You can also buy advertising as a member, which allows you to get thousands of people to see your ads every day. So how does it work? Does it work?
My Advertising Pays Overview
There are several levels to My Advertising Pays membership; there’s a free one, a Basic membership for $24.99 per year, a Professional membership for $99.98 per year, and a Pimetime membership for $199.98 per year. You will quickly discover that the free membership is more or less worthless, and if you’re going to make any money with My Advertising Pays, you’ll have to buy one of their premium memberships.
The key to making money with My Advertising Pays is the purchase of “Ad Packs”, which are credits for advertising on the site. You don’t have to advertise, but many members do. Once you’ve purchased your first Ad Pack, which sells for $49.99, you will need to view and click on 10 ads per day. You will receive cash credit for each ad you view, and over time, your cash will accumulate. When your total reaches $60, your Ad Pack “matures” and you’re done with it. At that time, you can purchase another one…or more, if you like. The more Ad Packs you buy, the more money you can earn.
That’s where your level of membership becomes a factor. As a free member, you can’t accumulate Ad Packs. As a Basic member, you can have up to 150 Ad Packs at once. As a Primetime member, you can have up to 1200 Ad Packs at once. More Ad Packs means more money. That’s important, because clicking on ads really doesn’t pay much. In fact, most members with a single Ad Pack earn only 25¢ to 75¢ per day, so it’s going to take quite a while to reach that $60 “cash out” level. Plus, the Ad Packs don’t really cost $49.99 unless you’re buying them with accumulated earnings. If you’re buying them with cash, there are fees charged by both My Advertising Pays and their payment gateway, meaning you’re actually paying nearly $56 for your Ad Pack and the most you’re going to profit, after several months of clicking on ads daily, is a little more than $4.
But, as My Advertising Pays members point out, the figure is actually $10 if you’re reinvesting your earnings, and that number can multiply if you have multiple Ad Packs working for you. In addition, you do get referral income for recruiting other members, and the commission you earn from other members varies from 4% to 10%, depending on your membership level. That’s another place where buying the Primetime My Advertising Pays membership can help you. Of course, you’ll have to click on a lot of ads to offset the $200 annual fee, but that’s why you’ll want to buy a lot of Ad Packs.
What about the actual My Advertising Pays advertising? Virtually all of the ads you’re going to see as a My Advertising Pays member are going to be ads from other members, so you’re going to see lots of advertising for joining mailing lists, enrolling in other “get rich quick” schemes and other moneymaking scams. Since virtually every My Advertising Pays member is simply clicking ads to get paid, you can’t expect very good response from the ads if you’re an advertiser. People are going to click, look for the required amount of time, and move on.
Can you make money with My Advertising Pays? Yes, people who have been members for quite a while and who have reinvested all of their money say that they’re doing quite well with the program. Some have boasted of earning five figures in profits in less than a year’s time. The problem is that the money is mostly circulating among the various My Advertising Pays members, as the entire system is a closed system – only members are buying the ads, only members are seeing the ads, and only members are clicking on the ads. Plus, it’s really hard to get started making money with My Advertising Pays, since the initial Ad Packs must be paid for with cash, and the more than 10% you’ll pay in fees dramatically reduces your initial earnings potential.
My Advertising Pays Conclusion
Is My Advertising Pays a scam? Not really. It’s actually a pretty clever system – for the owner. For everyone else, it’s a tedious process of clicking on ads to earn a relatively small amount of money, unless you happen to have a lot of Ad Packs. But getting to the point where you have a lot of Ad Packs requires either a tremendous amount of time or a huge financial investment. And if you have a lot of money to invest, would you really want to put it in a system that requires you to look at a bunch of ads every day?
If you want to work online from home, you have to ask yourself if it’s worth your while to join My Advertising Pays or if you’d be better off with a moneymaking program like Wealthy Affiliate. Wealthy Affiliate is a training program that will show you how to create a profitable online business, even if you don’t know anything about making money online. You’ll have free training videos, lots of member interaction, free Web hosting, and a helpful support desk. You’ll be walked through your the process of creating a Website and finding a profitable product, and you’ll soon be on your way to a real method of making money, rather than simply joining a program where everyone gives their money back and forth to everyone else.
While My Advertising Pays isn’t a scam, it’s a so-so program at best. I can’t recommend it.
