Fiverr – Useful for Online Marketers?
If you have spent any time online in the make money online niche, you’re probably familiar with Fiverr. Launched in 2009, Fiverr offered what was then a unique opportunity – to be able to buy and sell products and services at an affordable price – a fixed $5 per “gig.” The site has exploded, and now has something like one million people offering gigs for sale, all at that $5 price that the name implies. There are lots of people offering services and products in the make money online niche, so that brings about a couple of questions – is it worth your while to either buy or sell products on Fiverr?
One would think that the price alone of Fiverr gigs would prevent anyone from offering anything of quality. After all, as the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” It’s hard to imagine that anyone could offer anything of value for $5, and it’s even harder to imagine that it would be profitable for anyone to take time out of their day to perform a service for $5 (actually, it’s $3.90, after Fiverr takes their cut.) So, does anything work for Fiverr sellers? Is there any Fiverr service worth buying for those who want to work online from home?
